Bull99 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use Malaysia Betting Platform

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your use of the Bull99 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. They take effect as soon as you register a new account or access the Bull99 platform for the first time.

These Terms & Conditions are written in both Malay and English. In the event of any conflict between the two language versions, the English version shall serve as the definitive reference for legal purposes.

To register and use Bull99 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age of 18: Bull99 strictly prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from registering or using the platform in any capacity. Bull99 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Valid Malaysian resident: The Bull99 platform is designed exclusively for players residing in Malaysia. The use of VPNs or location-masking software to bypass geographical restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to any court order restricting financial activity are not eligible to register.
• One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Bull99 account. Owning more than one account (multi-accounting) is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Not a Bull99 employee: Bull99 employees, their immediate family members, and any Bull99 business partners are not permitted to open a player account on this platform.

• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances determined by Bull99 (such as a postponed or cancelled match).
• In the event a sports match is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or not completed in its original format, Bull99 reserves the right to void the related bets and return the stake amount to the member's account balance.

• All match, game, and race results displayed on the Bull99 platform are final and binding, unless there is clear and verifiable evidence of a technical error.

Bull99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of fraud, manipulation, or platform abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action:

• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, or collaborating with other members to exploit promotional conditions.
• Money laundering: Using the Bull99 platform as a channel to launder or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on both sides of the same match through different accounts to guarantee a risk-free profit (unauthorised arbitrage).
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, clearly erroneous odds, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's personal information or falsified documents.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Bull99 platform.

• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Bull99's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Bull99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be published on the platform and the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Bull99 platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Bull99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or provision of false information during registration.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Official requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account closure requested by the member.

If an account is terminated for reasons not involving any breach by the member, any remaining funds (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within 5 business days.
